Visonic Alarming Software developed with Insec Security
INSEC SECURITY – DEVELOP & TRIAL NEW VISONIC ALARMING SYSTEM
Insec Security has been working with Visonic UK for the last few months to develop the smaller alarming server “IPMP Lite”. Insec contacted Visonic in 2010 as they required a solid alarming system for their expanding security control centre in Belfast. Tony, senior engineer at Insec says “the original IPMP Lite system didn’t completely fulfil our requirements and we needed certain elements of the software tailoring to our needs. This required Visonic to look at their software and reprogram certain elements of it, which they did from their Head Office in Israel. Visonic have now asked us to run the new software as a beta version before being launched into their wide global market.
Tony explains “We use Visonics alarm panels and detectors on all of our internal applications. We have found the Visonic equipment to be extremely reliable, robust and most of all no false alarms. We have built a great relationship with Visonic over such a small period of time.
