The Property Response Unit have also been trained to negotiate with anyone disturbing the peace encouraging them to move and/or keep the noise down, a difficult task as the police sometimes are unable to involve themselves in these cases. Our Property Response Unit have done a brilliant job and our clients have been overwhelmed with the information we have provided them. Using the latest mobile technology, the PRU officers send reports as soon as they finish an incident. This report is automatically updated to our 24 hour control room where the report is checked and further information added such as video and audio evidence. The client receives these reports daily providing vital feedback on their property and tenants alike.
This service starts from £25 per year per apartment/flat. Call outs are charged at £10 + VAT. Terms & Conditions apply
